Kaniva Colonial Gardens Motel was built in the early 1990's and is the newest Motel in town.  It is the only solid brick motel in Kaniva and therefore we are the preferred choice with locals.

We are the quietest motel in Kaniva and self-rated at 3½ Stars. We are committed to providing our Guests with clean, comfortable accommodation with modern amenities. We take pride in offering our guests a "home away from home".

Kaniva Colonial Gardens Motel is currently undergoing major refurbishment to provide our guests with all the comforts of home.

Our Garden Park area has tables and chairs and a BBQ for guests use. It also has a small children's playground.

We have completed the refurbishing of our Deluxe Rooms and are proud announce that they are triple sheeted. 

As far as we know, we are the only motel on the Melbourne to Adelaide highway that has rooms with triple sheeting.
